Well, May came and went in the blink of an eye. During the month, I tried some new products that I absolutely loved and would love to share them with you. Anything knew you tried and loved? Make sure you leave it in the comments below!
I can’t tell you how much Olivia loves this toy. It’s her favorite thing in the world, sometimes even surpassing her pacifier. It’s super easy for her to grab, even easier than plush toys and other baby rattles, and she loves playing around with it. It’s super light, so she can wail it around without a problem. Playing with it, looking at it, sucking on it, you name it. The Oball has been the perfect toy for any occasion. Even thinking about getting another one…
A few weeks ago, Olivia started getting constant snot on the back of her throat and you could hear it every time she breathed. It didn’t seem to bother her too much, but it definitely bothered us. After some online research and ruling out a cold, we figured it must be a reaction to dry air. In comes the InnoGear Humidifier and she is breathing a million times better. This humidifier had great online reviews and I can see why. It’s quiet enough, the light doesn’t seem to bother her and works like a charm. It’s a single room humidifier and we leave it on intermittent (30 seconds on, 30 seconds off) and it lasts through the night. Just fill it up every morning, and it’s ready to go for the day.
My sister, Hanna, bought these for me as a present after my delivery. Some much needed pampering. Well, I finally got the time to go through the items and try some out. Let me tell you, the Cup O Coffee mask is the best thing in the world. It’s super course, but not rough on your skin at all. It leaves my face super smooth and the smell is awesome, at least to me. The Whoosh jelly is kinda weird and takes a little bit to get used to, but again the smell is wonderful. Even Ryan commented on it the other day, which he never does and leaves me wondering if I just walked around smelling gross until I started using this…
We got this as a gift and I absolutely love it. Other than the cuteness factor, this towel is super thick and cozy. Plus, the hood is in the middle, so it’s super easy to wrap Olivia in it after a bath. The cotton is quite soft and keeps her warm until she’s dry and ready to get dressed. Plus, how cute is it?!?!?
Normally, nobody likes to sit around for 30+ minutes waiting for your nail polish to dry. With a new baby. even ten minutes is a luxury. Even though I’m not super into manis and pedis, I still like to color my nails from time to time. Sally Hansen’s Insta-Dri to the rescue! In ten minutes I was ready to hold my baby again without fear of ruining my polish. Good thing too, because that day she decided to take a 15 minute nap, which gave me just enough time to get my nails done.
Hope you have a great weekend!
