Good morning! Hope you had a great weekend! Ours was pretty awesome considering we had my college roommates stay over Saturday night. Always great to spend time with these ladies, plus my back appreciated the help with Olivia. They both got the seal of approval to baby sit at any time. Which I really knew beforehand anyways.
Friday. Ryan and I stayed in and just hung out. Did some much needed relaxing after the hectic work week we had. Plus, I was entertained by Snapchat. This app and babies were meant to be together.
Saturday morning, Ryan went fishing and Olivia and I went on a run. My running app wasn’t working properly, but I think the trail I ran in is about a mile loop. I did some run and walk intervals thinking I was going to do just one loop. Well, it felt so good to get back to running again, that I ended up doing another loop. No time, no pressure.
Olivia went from looking at the trees and laughing at my face while I ran, to completely passed out from the rocking. The stroller worked great during my running intervals.
After a quick trip to Target and a shower we were ready to welcome our visitors. It turned out to be a super hot weekend, so we stayed in most of the time, but hung out and spent the rest of the day blabbing and catching up. It’s always a good time when we get together and I absolutely love these ladies.
Sunday we went over to spend some time in the New Bo area and Olivia absolutely loved being outside, going from lap to lap and getting all the attention. The day was still pretty warm, but there was a nice breeze in the shade.
After lunch, it was time to say goodbye and then relax for the rest of the day.
Monday already started with a hectic morning, Olivia having a blowout on the way to daycare. Oops! Hope the week turns out good in preparation for fireworks next weekend!
